Hi! I'm Dani Rabwin, DVM

I’ve spent the last 20 years in practice and have mentored countless veterinary students and new graduates. I understand how overwhelming those early years can feel, but I also know how transformational the right support can be. That’s why I created Ready, Vet, Go—because no one should have to figure it all out alone.

Our seven-month program includes a flexible, online learning platform combined with live mentor-led sessions for real-time support. This program is designed to meet the needs of busy new vets while also providing practices with measurable benefits.

Mentees Love Being Part of a Pack!

The RVG Flagship Program includes membership in small Packs of 3-4 mentees led by a highly experienced mentor. Packs meet twice monthly and lay the foundation for success in the RVG Mentorship Program and in their careers. Mentees benefit from building community, expanding their professional networks, collaborating, and sharing cases and experiences. Meetings are held online at times selected by mentees to best fit their schedules.
