Hi! I'm Dani Rabwin, DVM
I’ve spent the last 20 years in practice and have mentored countless veterinary students and new graduates. I understand how overwhelming those early years can feel, but I also know how transformational the right support can be. That’s why I created Ready, Vet, Go—because no one should have to figure it all out alone.
For new graduates, this program equips you with the skills, confidence, and mindset you need to thrive—not just survive—in practice. You’ll learn how to manage clients, cases, and time, while also prioritizing your wellbeing to build a sustainable career.

The RVG Flagship Program includes membership in small Packs of 3-4 mentees led by a highly experienced mentor. Packs meet twice monthly and lay the foundation for success in the RVG Mentorship Program and in their careers. Mentees benefit from building community, expanding their professional networks, collaborating, and sharing cases and experiences. Meetings are held online at times selected by mentees to best fit their schedules.

I’ve participated in various initiatives aimed at recent graduates, and without a doubt, Ready Vet Go stands out as the sole program that not only instills a sense of empowerment in new graduates but also equips them with the necessary tools for success in their inaugural year and beyond. Their modules are informative, engaging, and tailored to address the real-world challenges veterinarians encounter daily.
As a new grad, this program was fun and enlightening!
I got to meet vets from all walks of life and see that even after 10+ years in this profession, there is so much to learn and that our “why” is one of the most important things that we can hold on to. The guest speakers in this series are also truly so amazing and have wonderful wisdom to impart and use in our day-to-day operations. This program was also pretty light, so it wasn’t a huge time commitment which is nice given everyone’s busy schedules. The Ready, Vet, Go community page is also a great space for people to connect and to watch recorded meetings on very relevant topics. Awesome program!
Our new graduate associate surpassed our expectations for production within the first year.
Dr. Rabwin’s mentorship of our new grad associate has been invaluable for our practice. From an administrative perspective, having Dr. Rabwin mentor our new grad allowed our new employee to have her questions answered and get up to speed quickly. In fact, with Dr. Rabwin’s mentorship, our new graduate associate surpassed our expectations for production within the first year. Dr. Rabwin is a wonderful communicator and veterinarian. She brings positive energy to the practice and this helps not only our new graduate associates, as they face the day-to-day learning curve of private practice, but it flows through the entire staff. I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Rabwin and Ready, Vet, Go.
